Temporary E-Health Outage Due to Registry Center System Disruption (Updated)

On Tuesday, access to the information systems managed by the Registry Center, including E-Health, was disrupted. After specialists resolved the issues, system functionality was restored at 5:45 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

While E-Health was unavailable, patients were temporarily unable to log into their personal accounts or collect medications via e-prescriptions. However, healthcare services in medical institutions continued to be provided. During the E-Health outage, doctors were able to issue paper prescriptions to patients.
