All your health data – in your pocket
Using the E. sveikata mobile app is easy – simply download the free app (search for "esveikata") from one of the mobile app stores (Google Play or App Store), and after verifying your identity with one of the available identification methods, you can log in to your patient portal.
Once logged in, patients can register for appointments with their family doctor or specialist, view scheduled or past doctor visits, check active, used, or expired referrals, review available certificates and, if needed, download them, and see their current or used e-prescriptions.
In addition, the calendar feature allows users to track upcoming doctor appointments, scheduled vaccination dates, and view past visits to healthcare facilities or pharmacies.
The app also conveniently provides access to the patient's entire health history from recent years: doctor visits, medical document records or referrals, vaccination records, laboratory test orders or results, the mandatory health checkup card, the driver's health examination certificate, and children's health certificates (from both the family doctor and dentist).
The mobile E. sveikata app allows users to easily switch to the patient portals of those they represent (children or individuals with authorization). It is also simple to create representation for another person, manage profile, and update contact information.
The E. sveikata mobile app was developed by the company Lexita under the orders of the Centre of Registers.
