Objective

To implement a Well-being advisors service model according to the needs of municipalities.

Expected Outcomes

  • Training programme for specialists with social and health sciences background developed;
  • At least 30 specialists trained to provide CBT-based consultations for people with mild symptoms of depression and anxiety;
  • Monitoring system for client’s well-being outcomes and other programme indicators developed;
  • One assessment report prepared.
  • Well-being advisors service model implemented at least in 10 municipalities.
  • Service provided to 9300 people.
