N. Kisielius holds a degree in Mathematics from Vilnius University and a Master’s degree in Law from Mykolas Romeris University.

He has extensive experience in data security and corruption prevention.

Before taking up the position of Adviser to the Minister of Health, N. Kisielius spent 20 years working in law enforcement institutions. He has also served as an Adviser to the Minister of Social Security and Labour and the Minister of Transport and Communications.

His areas of professional interest and public policy expertise include corruption prevention, data protection, risk management, potential conflicts of interest, and cooperation with law enforcement authorities.

N. Kisielius speaks English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian.
