Fausta Roznytė holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in international relations and diplomacy from the Institute of International Relations and Political Science at Vilnius University.

She has professional experience in public sector management and the analysis of policy processes and is also active in civic initiatives related to women’s rights movements and youth policy within non-governmental organizations.

Prior to assuming her role as Advisor to the Minister of Health, F. Roznytė served as an Advisor to the Minister of Economy and Innovation and gained experience in parliamentary work while serving as an Advisor to members of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Minister’s Advisor’s professional interests and areas of public policy include the optimization of government processes, legislative analysis, international relations, and the involvement of youth and civil society in decision-making.
