Dalia Sakalauskaitė-Babravičė holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work from Vilnius University.

As an Advisor to the Minister, she has gained professional experience in the areas of social project management, aid coordination, and community activities in both the public and nongovernmental sectors. For several years, D. Sakalauskaitė-Babravičė headed the "Lithuanian Dentists’ Support Fund," whose activities focused on providing specialized medical and dental care to patients who had experienced violence, were victims of car accidents, or had survived cancer.

For the past five years, she served as communications advisor to Linas Kukuraitis, a member of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania and later contributed her expertise to coordinating the activities of the Democratic Faction in the Seimas, analyzing political processes, and developing communication strategies.

The Minister's Advisor's professional activities and strategic areas of interest include the implementation of social and health care programs, the development of integration models for vulnerable groups, the advocacy for support mechanisms and patients’ rights, and the promotion of closer cooperation between the non-governmental sector and state institutions.

D. Sakalauskaitė-Babravičė began her professional career at "Caritas" of the Archdiocese of Vilnius as a support coordinator; over the course of eight years there, she successfully managed other institutional projects and became the communications director.
