Neringa Grigutytė.jpgAdviser Neringa Grigutytė holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in psychology (clinical psychology) and a PhD in psychology (social sciences) from Vilnius University. She has also completed post-graduate studies in psychotherapy, and she is a EuroPsy-registered psychologist (clinical psychology and psychology of law). She is the leader and executor of a number of research projects.

N. Grigutytė is an associate professor and senior researcher at the Institute of Psychology at Vilnius University, and prior to becoming an Advisor to Minister Marija Jakubauskienė, she held the position of Head of the Department of Clinical Psychology at Vilnius University, and she has worked as a counselling psychologist and a supervisor at the Department for the Welfare of the Community. Previously, she worked as a researcher at the Institute of Law, as a methodological supervisor of training activities at the Centre for Special Education and Psychology, and as a psychologist at the Public Institution “Vaiko namas”. 

She is a member of various professional associations in Lithuania and abroad, has served as a mentor of forensic psychologists at the National Judicial Administration, and has been the President of the Lithuanian Psychological Association.
