Adviser Nerijus Černiauskas holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Birmingham, an Master's degree in Public Sector Economics from the University of Amsterdam and a PhD from Vilnius University. He is a participant of a number of projects and author of scientific publications.
N. Černiauskas is also an assistant (formerly junior assistant) at Vilnius University and a senior specialist at the Ministry of Finance.
N. Černiauskas has worked as a senior economist, chief statistician and other positions at the Bank of Lithuania, as a data analyst at Euromonitor International, as an analyst at the Centre for Health Economics, and as an intern at the European Parliament.
