Project “Improvement of health care services provision in school/ pre-school institutions in Telšiai and Akmenė districts” contract was signed

Ministry of Health of the Republic of Lithuania announces that on 8 April 2015 the trilateral Project “Improvement of health care services provision in school/ pre-school institutions in Telšiai and Akmenė districts” contract was signed.

Project promoter – Telšiai district municipal public health bureau

Project partner – Akmenė municipal public health bureau

Amount of grant assistance and co-financing is 243 224,10 Eur

In order to provide high quality health care services in Telšiai and Akmenė districts schools and pre-schools need to purchase new medical equipment for they health offices and make the worst health status offices repair. Project funding is planned to upgrade 11 medical offices subordinate by Akmenė district municipality public health bureau and 22 medical offices subordinate by Telšiai district municipality public health bureau.
