Call to applicants for obtaining assistance under the measure “Development of a Model for the Provision of Youth Friendly Health Care Services” under the Programme LT11 “Public Health Initiatives” of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2009−2014

12 February 2014 Central Projects Management Agency announced the call to applicants (No. NOR-LT11-SAM-K-01) under the measure “Development of a Model for the Provision of Youth Friendly Health Care Services” under the Programme LT11 “Public Health Initiatives” of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2009−2014. The purpose of the measure – development of a model for the provision of youth-friendly health care services .

Supported activities:

  • development of the model – surveys, research, analyses, assessments and other activities necessary for the development of the model;
  • implementation of the model (as a pilot project) – provision of services captured by the model to youth and other activities necessary in implementing the Model (as a pilot project);
  • assessment and improvement of the model, consulting and other activities necessary for ensuring the continuity of the model.

Eligible applicants. Eligible applicant has to be a legal entity (a private, public, non-governmental organisation, commercial, non-profit seeking organisation, intergovernmental organisation, a separate enterprise / institution), who has been registered in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania for at least one year before the day of entry into force of the Guidelines; is engaged in the activity related to the sphere of the health system. An applicant may also fill the application jointly with a partner (partners). The partner(s) has to be legal entities registered in the Republic of Lithuania for at least 1 year before the entry into force of the Guidelines and (or) legal entities registered in the Kingdom of Norway complying with all requirements set in item 1.1.1, sub item 1.1.2.2 and item 1.1.3 of Annex 2 to the Guidelines. Partnerships with Norwegian entities are encouraged.

Total budget of the call – LTL 1.581.800,19 (EUR 458.121,00).

Minimum and maximum amount of funding available for the project. Minimum amount available for the project – LTL 1 381 120.00 (EUR 400 000.00). Maximum amount available for the project – LTL 1 581 800.19 (EUR 458 121.00)

Maximum intensity of the support. The grant and co-financing funds make up 100 per cent of the total eligible project expenditures.

The starting and the final date for submitting the application. The starting date for submitting the application: 12 February 2014 at 8.00 am. The final date for submitting the application: 14 April 2014 at 5.00 pm. Applications should be sent by the specified deadline by registered mail and/or using the services provided by couriers or delivered in person to the Central Project Management Agency. Applications will have to be presented to the Central Project Management Agency or sent by registered mail (postal stamp) or using the services provided by couriers (delivery date to the courier) within the deadline.
