Call for proposals under the Fund for Bilateral Relations is announced measure A

A call for proposals for initiatives under the measure A of the Fund for Bilateral Relations (hereinafter – Bilateral Fund) within Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2009–2014 Programme LT11 “Public Health Initiatives” is open from January 15, 2015 till March 16, 2015.

This Bilateral Fund call for proposals is dedicated to strengthen bilateral cooperation between Lithuania and Norway in searching partners prior and during preparation of project application under the measure “Improving the accessibility and quality of youth health care services in municipalities by implementing the model for the provision of youth-friendly health care services” (hereinafter – implementation of the model for provision youth-friendly health care services).

Eligible applicants: municipal administrations.

Maximum grant amount under this Bilateral Fund call is €5,000. Financing rate – up to 100 % of eligible expenditures.

Expected bilateral activities: study trips and visits with the aim of sharing experience and best practice as well as bilateral meetings, workshops, seminars, conferences.

Model for provision of youth-friendly health care services

Open call for the implementation of a model of youth-friendly health care services (for more information see ) financed by the Norwegian financial mechanism 2009-2014 Programme LT11 “Public health initiatives” will be announced in 1st quarter 2015. Under this call it is foreseen to implement the model in 10 municipalities in Lithuania.

At the moment the Model is being developed. Municipalities will be consulted during the application phase, as well as troughout the implementation of this model. More information you can find here.
